Making Soondoobu Jjigye (Soft tofu stew)



Extra soft tofu (2 pk), Egg (1 ea),  Seafood or meat (any kind you like),
Mushroom (anykind you like),  Chopped Garlic (1 Ts),   Green Onion,
Olive Oil (1 Ts),  Red Pepper Powder (1 Ts),  Fish sauce (1ts), water (2 cup)
*Ts=Table spoon, * ts=Tea spoon


Olive Oil (1Ts) + Red Pepper Power (1Ts)
Stir Fry with Low Heat


Add seafood or Meat
Stir Fry with Low Heat


Add Tofu


Add Water (2 cup)
Crush Tofu with Spoon
Change to High Heat


When it start bubbling
Add mushroom + Green Onion
Add Fish Sauce (1tea spoon)


Continue to boil for 5-10 minutes.
Add Egg
Turn off the Heat


Serve when It's Hot
