Ddokbokgi (Fried spicy rice cake stick)




You need- Rice cake stick (2lb), Korean hot pepper paste (1Ts), Fish cake (1lb), Green onion,
Onion (1ea), Chopped garlic (1ts), olive oil 1Ts), sugar (1ts), Black pepper powder (little),
Red pepper powder (1Ts), Roasted sesame seeds (1 ts)


Heat a pan (Low heat)
Add olive oil + washed Rice cake stick
Fry until them soft


Meanwhile,   Make sauce,
In a Bowl,  Add Chopped Garlic


 + Korean Hot pepper paste


+ Sugar +Red Pepper powder+ Black pepper powder + Sesame seed
Mix them well


Add water  (1 paper cup)
 And Mix well

Check rice cake stick, If they became soft, Add Fish cake and Fry them


Apply medium heat,  Add sliced Onions + Green Onions
And pour the Sauce,  Mix Them

 
Mix and Stir fry for a while.


Serve When it Hot and Soft
