Pan broiled marinate chicken (Dak Bulgogi)

        You need,
        Chicken (2lb, boneless & skinless thighs)
     Garlic (1 table spoon, finely chopped)
        Ginger (1 table spoon, finely chopped)
        Soybean sauce (1 cup)
        Sesame oil (1 table spoon)
        Sesame seeds (1 tea spoon)
        Sugar (2 table spoons)
        Black pepper powder (1/3 tea spoon)
        For 4 serving
Prepare boneless & skinless chicken thighs;
 chicken breast is fine according to your preference.
Rinse chicken thighs and put them into a strainer to drain.
To make marinate sauce, put chopped garlic and ginger in a bowl. 
Apply soybean sauce, sesame oil, sesame seed, sugar and black pepper powder.
Mix them well.

Dip the chicken thighs into the marinate sauce and put them into a food container.
Leave them to soak in refrigerator for over-night.
Broil them in a pan or skillet.
