You need,
Well aged Kimchi (2cup), Kimchi liquid (1 cup),
Green onion (2-3 roots), Tofu (firm, 1/2 lb),
Dried anchovy (ground, 1 table spoon),
Red pepper powder (1 table spoon),
Sugar ( 1/2 tea spoon)
Apply well aged kimchi in a pot
Add KImchi liquid
Add sliced tofu on the top
Put green onions
Grind dried anchovies with a food processor
Apply red pepper powder, sugar and ground anchovy,
and add 1 cup of water in the pot
Boil it with high heat until it is bubbling,
and simmer it gently on low heat 5-10 more minutes.
