Gutzeri is eating-fresh kimchi without ageing.
This is just like a salad.
Gutzeri can be made with any kind of vegetable.
You need,
Mixed green or any lettuce (1 lb)
Onion (1/2 ea)
Green onion (1-2 roots)
Fish sauce (1/2 table spoon)
Sugar (1 table spoon)
Sesame seeds (1 tea spoon)
Sesame oil (1 table spoon)
For 4 serving
Prepare cleaned mixed green.
According to your preference, any kind of green lettuce will be good for Gutzeri.
Julienne onion and cut green onions into small pieces.
Put them all in the large salad bowl.
Add fish sauce, sugar, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
Mix them softly and enjoy.
