'Gyeran' means egg and 'mari' means roll in Korean.
This is children's favorite and
more preferred than ordinary fried egg in Korea.
You need,
Egg (5 ea)
Green onions (5-7 roots)
Salt (1/2 tea spoon)
Black pepper powder (just a little bit)
Olive oil (1 table spoon)
For 3 serving
Clean Green onion roots and chop them all.
Crack eggs into a bowl, apply chopped green onions,
and add salt and black pepper powder.
Mix them well.
Heat a wide pan and apply olive oil.
Pour the green onion and egg mixture and spread them.
Apply low heat to prevent from burning.
When the mixture is almost done, it’s the time to roll it.
Start to fold from one side to other.
Once complete the rolling and then cut it before serving.
This is easy to make and good for your lunch box!
